1 STAGE - THE CONCEPT OF THE LAYOUT

At this stage, 3 variants of the space planning are created, of which one is approved.

2 STAGE - CONCEPT

The concept of interior design of each room is developed in the form of interior collages according to the approved planning solution.

3 STAGE - 3D RENDERING VIEW

After discussion and approval of the concept, 3D visualizations of each room are created.

4 STAGE-DETAIL PROJECT

Upon completion of work on the interior design, a set of implementation schemes is being developed according to the approved planning solution and 3D visualizations  and a specification for finishing materials, furniture, lighting and finishing plumbing.

 

FEE: The fee for Full-Scale Design is based on the project size and the scope of services to be provided.
